Scheduled appointment at 9 am. First person in the office and was not called back for procedure until almost 1pm. Staff is not friendly and does not seem to be aware of patient privacy. Office seems disorganized. Protesters standing right in front of the office doors with loud speakers. I've been through this process before and never has it taken this long.
