We had Bobby as our tour guide. He was professional and fun. He was very adaptable to our ever changing requested. My kids called him Uncle Bobby and adored him. Bobby was with us for 4 park days. It was unbelievable. I did not have to look at a map or fast passes. He navigated us through so we didn't have to take unnecessary steps (you already have to walk a ton). A few years ago, we went to Magic Kingdom and waited in line for more than 2 hours so that my daughter could meet Belle. And we only got to try a couple of other rides before we finally gave up. This time I contacted Five Star tours for a VIP tour and these guys are definitely worth the money. If you’re visiting Disney, doing it with Five Star is a must! Bobby truly was a pleasure for everyone in our group. He bonded with the boys almost immediately. There is no way that we could have done everything we did without his guidance. Five star took the stress out of the booking, transportation and scheduling. Bobby offered a ton of knowledge, and definitely made this a vacation one to remember. When they say 5 star VIP, that’s EXACTLY what I got! My first trip to Disney World is one I’ll never forget. We went last summer and plan to go again this year to Disney World. We will always use these guys in the future because we always felt comfortable with Josh. My kids love him because he took the time to get to know them and make their trip to Disney World a truly magical experience

We booked the disney world with VIP Tour Services. I am ruined for life. This was by far one of the best Disney experiences we've have had. The children and I could not leave the place Thanks to the quick entry and a perfect tour Thank you so much for your excellent work !!
