I won’t name anyone specific because everyone I dealt with were so amazing, so professional and helpful. We started inquiring about our family holiday in Florida over a year before the trip and Orlando Villas were so patient and knowledgeable. We booked with them eventually and through the whole process all the way up until we left for the vacation, we never felt that our queries were trivial. Had a couple minor issues with the villa but they were nothing to do with OV, that was for the management company to sort out.
Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Thank you!
I love this company as they provided peace of mind that the villa owners are known to them and had no prior complaints, and everything went so smoothly!
I’ve booked a few times and have never had any issues with the Orlando Villas or the homes themselves. Definitely recommend!
