My vacation started off horribly at first. I had a house that had bed bugs and it was so bad that I was getting bit within the first hour of being there. I immediately contacted Tracy who was GREEAT and very quick to change things around for me. She found me another house and made sure it was better than the first. I always book through her knowing I will get my money worth
