Many Cockroaches! Very dirty carpet...stained beyond belief. Very cluttered. When we arrived, it appeared as if a family moved out minutes before our arrival. Pool toys were scattered throughout the house and pool area. Bugs inside home were nasty. Had to go to ER and get a steroid shot so that the bug bits did not get infected.
Thank you to all concerned for the beautiful home we have just stayed in. The villa was clean and spotless. Great location for the parks. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you.
Recently visited Orlando Florida for spring break and my sons bday we had an awesomeeee time. We stayed at the Regal Palm Resort & Spa for 4 days and 3 nytes in a very spacious 4 bedroom 3,5 baths more than enough room. The home is equipped with everything yes everything pots pans utensils brooms mops washing machine and dryer towels towels and did I say towels. I loved the home it was exquisite felt right at home. Everything was on the resort from a restaurant to a water park and playground game rooms pool area hot tub etc.... read more
