OUC is not the reliable one. My neighbors and I can't see our current or previous bills online. They currently have a voicemail saying they are not accepting any phone calls. I left a message last week with a representative to call me back. No one has called me back. To top it all off, after getting their solar meter connected to my 29 solar panels, and watching the meter send them all my energy, my current bill says they have not gotten any of my energy for 2 months now and I'm going to be disconnected because I owe over $4... read more

I just moved in I put the light on they disconnected us today cause the previous owner had there set for today I called 5 times they hung up on me after waiting a hour then I waited and called again 45 min said they would send some one never did I called again waited 30 min they had wrong address they said they would send someone since 12pm to now 630pm no power still now there close I've lost all my food its a holiday horrible company I'm a new customer I'm not happy at all then they have the nerve to ask me for a four hund... read more
