I have been seeing Dr. Ong for at least 6 years now after my previous urologist retired. Dr. Ong is very good at taking the time to properly communicate with the patient and he has excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend him.

Update Jan 2026 they supposedly scheduled SimonMed imaging to call me to book a renal ultrasound which till this day never happened. What a waste of time and money going to this clinic! they couldnt care less about you and your health! Very disappointing and impersonal experience. The front desk lady was amazing and very friendly. Doctor Ong was polite and nice, but the interaction felt rushed. He didn’t ask many questions to understand my concerns, and the consultation lasted no more than five minutes. Update – Very disappointing and impersonal experience. The front desk lady was amazing and very friendly. Doctor Ong was polite and nice, but the interaction felt rushed. He didn’t ask many questions to understand my concerns, and the consultation lasted no more than five minutes. I left the office with my questions unanswered. Fortunately, I had done my own research and asked about specific medications, which he then prescribed. However, I expected a more thorough evaluation and discussion. Overall, disappointing.
