This place is alright. But, I would avoid the HCA Osceola Urology Associates in Kissimmee Florida. HCA Urologist Richard Ian Silver is a dirty little fat pervert and a poor excuse for a man. He was arrested in New York for violating another man by grabbing onto his testicles during an altercation and for assaulting his ex wife on the same day. The website says "Rapid Stone Care" and the header on the page says "When the Pain Doesn't Allow You to Wait." I was told (rudely) the soonest I could be seen would be in 6 days. I explained the website stated "rapid care" and that this was a current issue and I was in severe pain, and the girl on the phone tells me, "Well, it's not like we can kick someone else out of their appointment just for you..." I tried to set up an appointment with Dr. Ong since my sister sees him and highly recommends him. Apparently there is a divide between them and AdventHealth but guess who office staff member Erica took it out in? Me! The patient who is just trying to heal and be seen. I’ve requested a call from management. Let’s see if it comes!
Your Dr, once again was rushed and dismissive to me. YOU called me for the appointment TODAY 2/11/19 1040AM so I assumed that Dr had reviewed my 12/27/18 CT Scan and was ready to discuss my concerns. But no, I was asking too much of his precious time. I am in pain and need answers. Very poor practice.
First impression: nasty and horrible. I rearranged an entire schedule to come to this doctor, (Stan Sujka). Staff was not friendly at all. Appointment was at 2:50pm. Since it was delayed I ask how much longer because I had rearranged my entire schedule to come to the doctor, and the staff told me to reschedule. Total disregard for the patient
Great doctors office. They are super fast and get you in and out in a jiffy. Dr. Ong had the best bedside manor and is so kind and helpful.
