Dr. Jones is a caring doctor who listens and takes the time to talk to her patients.
So unprofessional. Kathy Jones is the only doctor, nurse, and receptionist all at once so you can imagine the wait times are crazy long. We received several emails saying the appointment is confirmed but once we got there she said she doesn’t see us in the system. Horrible job communicating. This wouldn’t be an issue if she had staff to answer the phone but like i said she’s the only person in the office. So weird.
