VERY unhappy with the vist. I was a new patient. I came in at 3:00 didnt get seen till 3:45 . Went to the back to finally see the doctor and she didnt come in till 4:30. RIDICULOUS! I expressed how frustrated and sensitive I was with my situation. Her responses were cold. No support or compassion was shown. She seemed annoyed by my questions and responses. I love and appreciate their professionalism and personal care all around, starting from the receptionist, the medical assistant, and of course Dr. Jones. TRUE-LY.., PRICELE$$! Highly trusted and recommend!
Dr. Jones was very thorough. She explained everything to me where it made sense. The MAs English was not very good so therefore I couldn't understand everything she said as I had to keep telling her to repeat herself.

A wonderful Doctor!! I felt safe, and heard during my first appointment with Dr. Jones. I would send my best friend to her....and that's about as high a kudo that I can give!
