I went to be seen a few days ago for frequent urination, and it’s been something that’s really been affecting my life for the last 3 years or so. I booked the appointment online, which was fine, but it was weird to not get a confirmation email or text, so I called the following day just to confirm that the appointment was made etc. I was sent to a voicemail explaining that they’re “understaffed” and to leave a voicemail, and give the office 24-48 hours to call back. Dr Jones is very caring and knowledgeable to your individual needs. Wonderful costumer service by her staff as well.
I tried making so many appointments with this doctor and they constantly kept rescheduling. When I was finally even able to go I was directed to the wrong location sitting forever to check in to finally be told I was in the wrong area (I was there a half hour before my appointment) and the receptionist barely knew what she was doing. She then told me that I couldn’t be seen cause I was sitting outside the waiting area where it says to wait with no direction on where to go in and even check in.
