I hired this company to put in some shutters almost 2 months ago. They put the shutters up but did not give me a remote control. They "forgot" it. Now my bedroom is in constant darkness with no light coming in. For some reason, these people refuse to finish the job. I cannot fathom why. How can they stay in business?
