I can't believe this office charged my ins $403 when literally nothing was done for me here. What a waste of time and money. I normally wouldn't have gone to this clinic because neither Dr. Santandreu nor Dr. Vallejo saw me when I was admitted to LIJ FH. I was seen by Dr. Nilufar there. However, her clinic doesn't accept my insurance so I was referred to this affiliated clinic instead for followup work post my admission. Best doctor ever! Dr. Santandreu has been my gynecologist since 2010—over 15 years now—and I truly can’t imagine going to anyone else. He’s not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly caring and attentive. He takes the time to listen, always makes me feel comfortable, and has guided me through every stage of womanhood, including delivering my daughter in 2017. His dedication to his patients is unmatched, and I’m so grateful to have him as my doctor.
My first visit after waiting in the waiting area for 25 minutes, they made me go to the check-up room, there you had to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor, he referred me to a sonogram, the result was a cyst, his coordinator called me that I had to have surgery without the doctor talk to me about what the procedure would be like, I made an appointment to talk to him and the same thing happened when I arrived, there was no one in the waiting area they took me to the check-up room and now how much did I have? 40 minutes I took ... read more
He is just The best Doctor!!! I dont have words to describe how amazing he is. He takes the time to explain you, he cares for you, he wants the best for mommy and baby, the best surgeon after 2 c-sec im like new and not noticeable at all. Love Dr Orlando.
