they over sold me an extended insurance policy for my pull behind camper, (which included transmission repair, my camper doesn't have a transmission) they rarely return phone calls, I would never trust to buy another RV from this company.
BEWARE ....BEWARE. ...Once you sign on the dotted line there done,, still waiting on a blind for 6 months they have ordered the part 3 times and all wrong , they don’t call you back ....... would never recommend them this rv place to no body,, bad service,,, bad service BEWARE ........
Worst customer service ever. Been waiting six months for service to our brand new Jayco camper and can’t even get a call back. Even the sales team and store manager could use improvement. Would not recommend buying from their company.
We had a good experience with these guys. Went in looking for a slightly used unit but the pricing between new and used was very marginal. Went new, haggled and it worked out good for both parties to the transaction. In the end Axle (the sales manager) stepped up to make sure we were happy!
Worst service department ever. No follow up, warranty work not done, work promised not delivered. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone and will not buy next product there.
Great staff. Axel Machin helped us find a Jayco trailer. He is very professional and effective. He did not push a sale, and took our interest before his in consideration, negotiating a great deal. They keep their promisses. We highly recommend Orlando RV/RV One store.
Despite the negative reviews, I have had nothing but the best treatment and service here. We bought our RV new from them and they have done several repairs and troubleshooting for us and I am very happy here!
