Arrived at there location in Orlando June 15,2022 at around 1:30pm. We bought a 2021 travel trailer here and had water intrusion issues the first time we used it causing damage to the interior. We brought it in under warranty and after a couple of months, they said it was ready. We took it out again and the leak was actually worse! After trying to deal with the service dept whose communication with us was intermittent, (we actually had to call them constantly for updates) we finally had to resort to litigation with the manufacturer to get our money back! absolutely stay away from these people I have mold in my unit from this prep team who said they sealed the unit and I have lot rot from a unit that was never maintained by rv one. stay away yall

My RV window was broken so I went in to their new location in October and spoke directly with their parts department. I was given the usual excuses about the availability of the part and that they needed to contact the manufacturer directly. That was expected, no big deal...yet. After another visit to the store, I got the same bs and asked how long I should expect to wait with no clear response. Three more follow up calls got me nowhere closer to getting a replacement. None of my RV problems have been resolved at all. No return calls, no consideration, no nothing. You pay a lot of money for these RV’s and pray you don’t buy a lemon (we did). Trying to get it fixed since October and I still have to call everyday on updates for parts. Unacceptable. What is upsetting is that we had referred someone, had bought our first ANd second one from here and now they have lost repeat business and referrals. Great job. Good business strategy that you have. It is hard to believe that you have an awning issue just after one year and you won’t stand behind your product. They are claiming my motors burnt out on my awning due to you using transformers on the switch for the awning so you could use a smaller switch. Now all of this has cost me from being able to travel with my travel trailer and we have been trying to get something done with this since August. Nice to know people stand behind what they sell
