Wish I could leave zero star, I drove 50 mns to this location only for them to waste my time. I admit I was 8mns late, but I explained to them how I couldn't find the location since there's no sign by the front entrance and I keep turning around looking for them. The therapist made me wait 10mns only to come and tell me since it's so late she can't see me anymore. I understand if it's a policy, but why not mentioned it the second I checked in. I would not recommend this physically therapy office because the physical therapist has cancelled three times since we started working with her in late April.
Love the staff but reception is soooooooo slow. It takes 20+ minutes to schedule one appointment and pay. I have worked in outpatient rehab as an OT myself and our clinic reception was so much faster. A few minutes to schedule and pay. This place is so slow.
