Hard to describe what a bad experience I had they never completed the work they took a 50% deposit and the pergola would leak ALL over. Some of the worst work I have ever witnessed. I believe they are closed now and working for Awnings Direct. Having to fight this in court. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Here is a photo of the last time it rained. Had to start all over again.
I deeply regret hiring Eric and Janet at Orlando Pool and Patio by Design to build a simple pergola in my backyard. From start to finish, the experience was riddled with poor communication, broken promises, and subpar workmanship, so I strongly urge everyone to absolutely avoid this company! After a lot research, we decided to go with Orlando Pool and Patio because they offered the type of Aluminum Pergola that we were looking for with the bigger columns, integrated lighting, motorized screens, etc. They also offer Bahama Shutters, so it was one stop shopping. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Eric and Janet!
When we researched and discovered a solution to enhance our patio with a pergola, Orlando Pool and Patio by Design offered what we wanted. The installation was done in just a few days, the workers were amazing, and we love our end result!
