These guys are great people to work with, top notch customer service and a fantastic product. We use their patio cooling products in our restaurant with much success. Thanks Jim and crew!
***THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY*** The first part of May, I went to the WG design center of “Orlando Outdoor Living”. Met and talked with Lindsay; store manager, describing what I was looking for and the timeframe, to get started. We set up a date (May 23) for her to call me and set up a house visit for measurements and photos; Never Heard From Her. We had them install a large Structure X pergola back in 2020, and they did a great job. Motor went out a couple of times and every time they came out and replaced it at no charge even 4 years later ! Very nice people both owner Al and Deedee are great, no complaint and the pergola is high quality , still looks like new today.
This literally has to be the worst company across all aspects of construction. I had to take over and fish their job. Stay away from these folks.
We absolutely love our pergola. It is so well built and absolutely perfect for our needs. The salesman was awesome, sharing his knowledge when he could and more importantly if he didn't know something he would find out. The project manager was involved even before we signed our contract. The work is top notch - they had to dig up pavers, pour headers and replace the pavers and they did an excellent job.
