Price for just a pre-procedure consultation seemed steep. Almost the same cost as the procedure.

I called back in November because my 18-year-old daughter is in severe pain from her wisdom teeth and provided our insurance information upfront. I was incorrectly told I needed a referral, which led to unnecessary appointments and delays. After waiting weeks for a consult, I was informed just hours before the appointment that my PPO doesn’t require a referral and that my insurance has a one-year waiting period for major surgery—making the visit pointless. Got into the procedure (two lower wisdom tooth removal) and it went smooth and quickly. The doctor followed up afterwards, and the staff there were helpful with follow up questions during the first 24 hours.
