Not good for adult evaluation. If you mask you won't be diagnosed. !!!Especially if you're a woman and have trauma!!! First appointment is a zoom call. The woman was very condescending and harsh. I provided lifelong experiences which were not taken into consideration. And dismissed. How can you judge someones entire life experience in 1 hour. I think they’re great! They helped my daughter and I am m beyond grateful for that becuase I didnt know what was going on. They did mentioned that the report would take from 4-6 weeks and on the 6th week I didnt recieve anything. I called and they had it ready for me the next day. The lady that answered the phone which I didnt get a chance to ask for her name again because I totally forgot but she was very understanding, kind and professional!
