Communication was clear and quick from booking to return. Scooter was available at pick up location timely. Battery life was excellent no worries about it running out during a full day in a Disneu park. Would highly recommend and would use again.
Travelled from UK to Orlando for 2 weeks and needed a pediatric wheelchair and oxygen cylinder for my son and also a stroller. The communication right from the beginning was really prompt helpful and clear. When we arrived at our hotel the items were there and clearly well maintained and battle worthy for doing long theme park days. Both fit well into the boot of all the XL taxis we used. Will definitely be using your services again when we return thank you 🙌
We had a great experience. Charles gave great instructions as I do not regularly use a scooter. The charge lasted all day while at the parks. I charged it once just because I could not because I needed to. Pick up was easy and the team made it convenient for my schedule. Thank you!

Needed a power recliner for our stay in Orlando. We are so glad we called OMR and reserved the recliner. From the beginning of the process, before we reserved, they were friendly and took the time to answer every question we had.
