Orlando Lutheran Towers is the absolute worst nursing home facility that I know. The management at “The Commons” are terrible. After numerous complaints that went unattended regarding my mother’s declining health, including several infections that she contracted from the facility, the lack of attentive care from the doctors, nurses, and don’t even talk about the CNA’s just plain rude, neglectful, and just plain lazy, we’ve decided to remove our loved one from that dreadful, foul smelling, terrible place.
