For many years I have traveled to my hometown (Daytona Bch) and used this service to shuttle me to the Orlando International Airport (MCO). I never had a problem with their service until August 2010. At that time, I purchased a ticket via phone to MCO. Since I purchased the ticket over the phone, I was offered a discounted price and was told that the $$ was non-refundable.
