I have been a patient of Dr. Suris for many years. He is compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and consistently treats me with the same care and attention he would give a member of his own family.
I liked Dr. Suris a lot but not a fan of his staff. The front desk acted like I was a making things up when I asked about the cream I was supposed to be prescribed. She just told me over and over “I can send a note to the nurse.” I’m not sure why she couldn’t just get up and go ask? I’ve worked in the medical field for 15 years and have never seen someone so unwilling to get out of their chair. I was told my lab results would be in on Wednesday and had not gotten a call by 3pm. From the moment my husband and I walked in until the moment we left, we felt genuinely welcomed! Dr. Orlando Suris and his entire staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. Compassionate care from a man exists! Wow! 0 gas lighting. This was my best gynecology experience in the last 25 years. I had not met with a medical doctor since 2022 because all the practice groups (Seven Oaks OB/GYN) make the PA take all their appointments. I was shocked I would actually get to meet with someone with an MD!
