I do not recommend this hotel. They cancel my reservation without any notice. Lucky for me, because upon my arrival, I noticed that this hotel looks like a third-world country place. It's ugly and in bad conditions.
The bed was so hard I couldn't sleep. The furniture was also extremely uncomfortable.
***BUYER BEWARE***. Booked a room here that was months out. I found out I needed to change the date just a few days later. Hotel won’t change the date, refund me, no nothing. I could understand something last minute but literally 2 months out that was booked. Called the hotel and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and very unprofessional when I tried to get the date change. NON andateci, NON prenotate, NON dategli soldi. Ho soggiornato in questo posto da 15 al 20 aprile. Non sarebbe un brutto posto, ma ho pagato l'equivalente di 250 dollari di cauzione che, teoricamente ovrebbero dovuto riaccrediatre entro 14 giorni dal check-out. ho sollecitato la restituzione, ho inviato vari messagi, senza alcuna risposta. This is my family and I second visit here.. We love it here, Great area, great resort very clean and the staff here is very nice, understanding, friendly and accommodating, We had an issue that they helped us get resolved and we are so grateful for that. We will continue to stay here when we come to Orlando to visit ☺️
