DONT BOOK!! I've been booking here for years for a music festival I visit. Never had any issues. I booked 2/2025 and 9/11/25 they call to say there's no availablilty and we canceled your stay. 2 MONTHS BEFORE MY CHECK IN DATE. She left a voicemail and just proceeded to cancel. No reasoning on how they dont have availability when I booked months in advance. No where does it say they can cancel it. It does state they could change your room during your stay. Fantastical location if you want to visit Universal Studios. The two bedroom suites are very nice. Granite countertops in the kitchen and big TVs in the bedrooms
