The amount of headaches and debt Midway Specialty Care Center’s Grants and Programs Manager, Jiovanna Allen, has saddled me with is astronomical. After speaking with Jiovanna, she stated I wouldn't owe "hundreds of dollars" to the office after "missing payments." I have never missed a payment with Midway, and when I’ve raised questions about charges over the past year, my concerns were met with Jiovanna’s gaslighting, deflection, and runarounds.
