2 crowns broke on eating a pretzel. I called and asked to speak to the doc, but he said no that he would not see me or talk to me unless I made an appointment to re establish as a patient. I explained that I moved and would only go back for crown repair. I would have had to fly in and get a hotel just to re establish. They did not care or make any concessions. Their process intake is downright shady and they’re repelling customers. I just want 1 simple thing done, remove my tooth… Instead the woman goes into a long winded statement how they need to do a full set of xrays and exam to see the level of cleaning I need.. Uhm, ma’am I literally just told you I just had a full xray set and full cleaning, I don’t need the EXACT SAME thing I just had done. I again politely asked can I just ask for how much to remove 1 tooth. Their response was, NO. And that the consultation would be $459.... read more

****The response to this review is completely fabricated**** also..the real complaint here is the way I was treated in the office. The office staff was completely unprofessional. I have never been treated this way entering a business! I just waited 1 year!!!! for this appointment. When I arrived I was told.. I’m honestly stunned at how unprofessional and shady this office has turned out to be. Nearly two years after an alleged “no-show,” they randomly decide to send me a bill for it. Two years. Let that sink in. What makes this even more ridiculous is that I had an appointment after this supposed no-show, and not a single person said a word about it.
