Dr cancelled two appointments on me because he was on call at the hospital less than a block away from his office. His staff also lied to the office manager and the hospital saying I was a no show when they had cancelled the appointment for post op due to his call at the hospital within a block of his office. The staff also tried to make me leave stiches in my surgery hand for 6 weeks after my surgery advisising my appointment was cancelled for May and I could wait another month to get my stiches out. I had surgery at this facility. Was taken back 2 hours after my scheduled arrival. Nursing staff tried to prevent me from leaving by driving although dr had told me that i could drive and I only had local numming. After the surgery instructions were not clear and doctor and his office refused to provide followup care due to his call schedule. Exceptional Care was given by all my nurses. Especially my cardiology nurses KarenRN and Haylee CNA and the night Staff. I would recommend this Hospital to everyone I know.
Kari Riley has been my health care provider for more than five years. I can’t say enough about the excellent care Kari gives me. She is professional, wicked smart and takes excellent care of my health needs.
Dr. Surabhi Ranjan is my Neurologist. I’ve never encountered any issues with her at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston. She’s always been competent, warm, and professional. I had a brain tumor that was removed by a Neurosurgeon (Dr. Adada) at the Cleveland Clinic and the two of them are excellent. In fact, I’ve been impressed with all of the care I have received at the Cleveland Clinic from the physicians to the nursing staff to the draw lab to the MRI technicians.
The whole team was amazing. Will defiantly be making it solid clinic. Pamela was so amazing, she listened to ever complaint I had, she explained every through clearly and easy for me to understand.
I am deeply grateful to Dr. Hamadi A. Murphy for his extraordinary expertise in performing surgery on my mother after she suffered a major femur fracture. Dr. Murphy’s work is a masterpiece! From the initial consultation to post-operative follow-ups, his professionalism, attention to detail, & compassionate demeanor gave us confidence in her recovery.
