They did horrible to my wound! All they kept talk about dermatology and hs over and over again! I’m never going back there again! They make it worse! All I wanted is to get better and they screwed it up!
My son been going here since March 2024. At first he was on a wound vac then they take him off after 8 weeks. Then we start to have problems. The wound closes then reopen with infection. He was rushed to ER. I was told by his surgeon they not doing a good job and that they will look for another wound care. My son had pocket of blood that this place cannot take care of it. I am glad I transferred from Ocoee location to Clermont. Dr.Hart and Hockenhull on my first visit take the time to explain everything to care for my son. She even give me a discharge details . She seems very caring of his health condition. The nurse Lauri and the other nurse was very friendly and take her time sealing the wound with the vac . The vac did not peep or make a noise. The nurse also give appointment that convenience for me. My son is happy. Thank you all caring team. From Kevin. AAA rating..
The entire staff is caring, knowledgeable, and proficient. I highly recommend them, especially if one is feeling apprehensive about wound care treatment.
Wonderful staff and caring. Dr. Harrison is one of the BEST ! very calm kind demeaner- you know he cares ! Nurses - all staff friendly and caring. We have been to " other " wound care centers in the past - No need to shop around - South Lake Wound Care is TOP NOTCH !! AAA+ rating
