Here’s a polished version of your review—clear, warm, and natural: I wasn’t aware that Orlando Health offered blood work services, but I’m so glad we found out. My husband and I had an appointment this morning, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient. Everyone we interacted with was kind and professional. The process was very convenient, easy, and the facility was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting my own labs and my daughter’s labs here for 13+ years. Never any issues. In and out in less than an hour total including registration, wait, and actual draw. Clyde, you’re the best.
This staff, from the registration desk to the lab techs are not helpful or polite. The registration desk doesn’t know the procedure for routine lab requisitions and they give you the run around and the lab techs are too busy to care or be helpful regarding anything at all. Better off going to Quest or Lapbcorp although they are notoriously bad too, but SLK hospital outpatient lab is somehow worse.
