I’ve been getting my own labs and my daughter’s labs here for 13+ years. Never any issues. In and out in less than an hour total including registration, wait, and actual draw. Clyde, you’re the best.
This staff, from the registration desk to the lab techs are not helpful or polite. The registration desk doesn’t know the procedure for routine lab requisitions and they give you the run around and the lab techs are too busy to care or be helpful regarding anything at all. Better off going to Quest or Lapbcorp although they are notoriously bad too, but SLK hospital outpatient lab is somehow worse.

Ive been going to the outpatient lab to do blood work the past 6 weeks and the customer service all around has been wonderful, even with the entire hospital learning a brand new system. I believe his name his George.. in the outpatient blood work area is THE BEST. I’ve never had anyone draw blood as gentle and painless as him. All the employees in the blood work area have always been extremely nice and cheerful especially at 6am when I’ve been going. Very happy with the service I’ve received over the past few weeks 🙃
