I came to Orlando Health’s location with a prescription from an orthopedic surgeon at ORLANDO HEALTH and a recent MRI and X Ray ready to begin physical therapy. I was initially told I could self-pay around $200 per visit with a 60% same day payment discount, which seemed ok. But once they learned I had insurance (I've had the same insurance on their system for years and self pay most visits anyway - including the MRI, they refused to let me self-pay and instead insisted on now billing nearly $600 per session, knowing full we... read more

Make sure you check your insurance and make sure they are in network. They will schedule you a month out while you’re in pain and then call you a week before when you think there may be relief in site to tell you they don’t take blue cross blue shield. Then you have to go back to the drawing board while you sit in pain. I was referred to them by the Orlando Health Spine Clinic who took my insurance so I assumed this other Orlando Health Clinic would take my insurance as well. Must be my fault for assuming.

Excellent location. Great parking, super clean clinic and the therapist are ready for you as soon as you walk in for your appointment.
