I spent months trying to get an appointment here with the Doctor, they end up finally putting me with the NP. I went in for my appointment on Feb 14th. And never have I been to a doctors office that want you to pay before you are even seen by the physician. I left the office and I do not recommend anyone to come to any Orlando health office. Why would I pay for a service that I haven’t received yet.

Wait times are ridiculous. You can arrive on time and still wait an hour to be sent to the back. Definitely won't be returning to this facility.

Not only are the wait times ridiculous but there is always some issue. Lord forbid you need test results in a timely manner. I was told that I didn't have a procedure that I uncomfortably laid on a table to receive, then told my results would be given in 2 weeks. Almost a month passes and I was told when I called to follow, for the 2nd time, that my results were "normal". Poor customer service!!! I accidentally walk in to the facility looking for Lab Corp and I walked upfront to ask for directions. At the front desk was a light skinned African American woman with long red and black hair weave who was absolutely rude to me. She looked annoyed and upset and spoke to me in such a way that her own employees were turning their heads. I am surprised that government facilities like these hire such unprofessional employees.
