I had a virtual appointment scheduled for 2:45 PM and was logged in and ready before my appointment time. By 3:00 PM, the doctor still had not joined, so I called the office. I was told the doctor was still seeing other patients and was not ready for my appointment. It was then 3:15 PM, 30 minutes late and no one from the office had bothered to communicate that the doctor was running behind. If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far one of the worse service experiences by a medical office I have received. I needed a form signed and was told it would be ready in a few days , only to find out the provider was off for a week and I would have to wait. The following week the form was not signed after calling multiple times to get a status update. Ignored me when I wanted an ultra sound at my first appointment, they said "we could...but we are not gonna do that". Called me 3 times at 9:30 all with different info about my new insurance. One saying it was fine and to just bring my card the day of the appintment, and one demanding I give her the info by the end of the day. Final straw was when they cancelled my ultrasound 2 HOURS before my appointment!!!! I have gone almost the entire 1st trimester without seeing or hearing my baby.

Something is happening here and it’s very bad. No communication. No care. Revolving door of doctors. Impossible to get a hold of. No follow up. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
