I recently decided to change providers after being with my previous one for over 15 years, and I chose Dr. Razzono with Orlando Health. He was excellent very attentive and informative. He took the time to ask questions and thoroughly explain everything to me. His assistant was also great, very friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth with no issues at all. Overall, it was a great experience.
Charmain John is one of the kindest medical professionals I have ever met! She and her incredible team provide such a calming presence no matter what circumstances you might be facing. Everyone takes the time to listen when you explain what’s going on, answer questions, and provide thoughtful information rather than just handing you medicine and you’re out the door. This was the first doctor’s office I had stepped foot into in years, and I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. I give everyone here a 10/5 stars!!!!!

3 times now they have cancelled my appointment. Every time I go to rebook the next appointment is between 4 to 6 weeks away. Called and was told we will call you back but they never do. Orlando Health is horrible. Time for a new provider!
