This office used to be great, but I highly recommend avoiding it like the plague now. We were supposed to have a visit today (received the confirmation and everything), but when we got there (after our 30 min drive), we were refused care. Told me my very sick son didn't have an appointment and we would need to leave. This isn't the first bad experience we've had here either. I used to love this office, dealt with the front office because I loved the NP. The front office has no personality and will basically ignore you but now my NP has left and I'm leaving. I had my annual in October, I called for a refill in January and they told me I had to come in and see a new Physician. I then received a call a newer more permanent physician would be taking over and I needed another appt for refills. My doctor, Dr. Vyas, is great. She "squeezed me on same day like a walk-in. She knew my history, gave me prescriptions. It was a short wait at the front to see her too.
Doctor Daniel manages to humanize medical care. Since no one goes to the doctor because they like it but because they need it, he and his medical assistants manage to make the experience as pleasant as possible. The level of this doctor and his medical assistants is impressive. Thank you. Ricardo
