I have never had an issue but what I experienced the past 2 days was awful. I called in Monday to make an appointment. I was told availability was for tomorrow appointment made and the lady said see you tomorrow. I did not get the persons name. When I arrived on Tuesday I was told my appointment was on Wednesday. Terrible service and absurd wait times. Don't waste your time with this location.
Don’t go here. I was very confused about my son shots for school as to when he needed them so I called this doctors office and they told me that he needed shots so I scheduled an appointment and I came in only to find out he didn’t need shots then months later I get a $200 bill in the mail for a wellness visit because my insurance isn’t covering it because he already had a wellness visit. We switched to this doctor because we were going to a different doctor in Clermont and we were never able to get in when my kids were sick... read more
