The absolute, most inconsiderate practice around this area! I was FOUR minutes late to my appointment, and the receptionist wanted to schedule me for a whole new DAY. Mind you, the reception was entirely EMPTY and it was 9:19AM (appointment time was 9:15AM). Took an entire day off work, and they wouldn’t honor my appointment time over FOUR minutes. For context on the 1 star, I had an appointment at 10:00am and I arrived at 10:08 am. To be clear, I’ve never been late to my previous appointments and I just had a baby and I am adapting to my new reality and from my understanding Orlando Healths promise is “To provide a better experience than patients expect, by anticipating their needs and making them feel important” but this demonstrates they lack empathy in this office. Had to switch doctors I can't stand a doctor who calls in at work only to cone in anyways. Stupid. Found new doctor same location doctor janel potts very good, Sadly still annoying I am paying a toll just to get to this place. It is not cheap. Hardly any ac in the place hello this us Florida. Zero stars for doctor Cruz, I am waiting for the standard response which won't address any real concerns very sad these responses are no good The office manger not sure about either.
