I am in the process of finding a new PCP. I’m not very happy with the care and follow up of Janel Potts and her team. I requested for autoimmune labs to be done and told her my symptoms and that I may have thyroid issues. The absolute, most inconsiderate practice around this area! I was FOUR minutes late to my appointment, and the receptionist wanted to schedule me for a whole new DAY. Mind you, the reception was entirely EMPTY and it was 9:19AM (appointment time was 9:15AM). Took an entire day off work, and they wouldn’t honor my appointment time over FOUR minutes. For context on the 1 star, I had an appointment at 10:00am and I arrived at 10:08 am. To be clear, I’ve never been late to my previous appointments and I just had a baby and I am adapting to my new reality and from my understanding Orlando Healths promise is “To provide a better experience than patients expect, by anticipating their needs and making them feel important” but this demonstrates they lack empathy in this office.
