My visit at this office was awful. My appointment was at 8:30 to which I arrived to on time. At 9:30 the Clark finally call me just to lie to me saying my appointment was actually at 10:50. Instead of them being honest saying they’re behind she tried to convince me my appointment was at 10:50. I screenshot all my appointments, and my original appointment was in fact at 8:30. Horrible. Just horrible service. Wonder how many patients they lost and went to AdventHealth. Never will I waste my time and money here.
3 days released from the hospital, with our newborn. We declined to have our first born vaccinated within her first 24 hours alive. We walk into this mistake of a clinic, and a “nurse” immediately starts berating us in the waiting room, in complete violation of HIPPA laws for not get our newborn Vaccinated “pharmaceuticalized” within 24 hours of her birth. Steer clear of this BIG PHARMA shop, if you are not in line, you will be berated and turned away..
I love that when I arrived and entered to meet with the Dr. Javier Lopez-De-Arco already know all my history before coming in. Great service.
