Second day waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes to talk to anyone. I'm giving up and going somewhere else for treatment who cares enough about their patients to answer the phone. Was never able to even speak with anyone at this office. Utterly pathethic!
Been a patient for 18 years, at a time when they answered phones. We live 1-1/2 mi away, and I can’t count the times we have driven over only because it was impossible to reach anyone on the phone.
These people NEVER answer the phone, absolutely ridiculous.
