Dr heather tempest, is so awesome! She is one of a kind! so sweet and know what she doing. She care about the children. She wanted make sure my other son was growing well. Just had a new not to long ago and a switch from his old pediatrics and I say this dr is great!
I had an horrible exchange with one of the therapists there (withholding the name). Escalated a situation and refused to connect me to the correct person for care or to speak to the Office Manager regarding the situation. Based on the information, instead of rescheduling, my appointment was removed. A complaint with Risk Management and the State will incur if needed towards the individuals involved, NOT the Orlando Health system as a whole..
