I have gone here for several years and had to switch doctors twice because one passed and another left for personal reasons. Great women who took their time to hear my concerns. The doctor I selected has different rules. If I go in for my annual appointment, I won't be able to ask questions about things bothering me. Which I was allowed to do with my last two doctors. Dr Clements retired, my appointment was not canceled, I received no notifications. Thankfully I called in for something else and found out today (th. My appt was Mon). But Julie was not understanding of my frustration at all. If anything she seemed annoyed, even though she could see that I still had an appointment booked. Now I can't get a "new" patient appointment until August. It was such an unprofessional and unpleasant interaction that I'm not sure I will continue with this practice.
Dr. Torres is always kind, has excellent bedside manner and is always supportive of my health plans. ****** Intake specialist Colleen is always warm, pleasant and professional.
