First visit with Dr. Hawkins and I was very pleased. She was super sweet, showing interest to get to knowing me.
Dr Joel Garcia is a great cardiologist, but his staff handling his affairs, including his nurse, is utterly incompetent and useless. Gave them a medical clearance form from the dentist to be signed and faxed over TWICE, and two times in a row they claim they don't know what form I'm referring to.
