Love the Doctor and PA. The entire staff is so helpful. They respond quickly to requests. Seems like they really care for you.
Paid an uninsured self-pay amount, only to find out later through the mail that I owe more. I paid what they told me I owed at the visit. Apparently I owe more because I didn't choose a "payment plan" that they made NO MENTION of at the office. More sneaky, deceptive, surprise charges fueled by greed. Disappointed in the dishonesty but not surprised. I will switch providers as soon as I am able. Disgusting.
This place has no respect for patients or appointments. Imagine, after booking an appointment more than three weeks in advance, they call and tell you it was a mistake because another patient had the same appointment. For over thirty minutes, I keep telling them I don't have my medication and I need it, but they don't care. They want the patient to bear the responsibility for their mistakes. Try seeing another doctor.
Dr. Carley Beauge is an amazing doctor surrounded and supported by the most amazing of staff. My mother has Alzheimer's disease and we have seen Dr. Beauge for several years now. She does give you a prescription and send you on your way. She takes her time, listens intentionally, and provides her best feedback based on your individual scenario.
