Paid an uninsured self-pay amount, only to find out later through the mail that I owe more. I paid what they told me I owed at the visit. Apparently I owe more because I didn't choose a "payment plan" that they made NO MENTION of at the office. More sneaky, deceptive, surprise charges fueled by greed. Disappointed in the dishonesty but not surprised. I will switch providers as soon as I am able. Disgusting.
This place has no respect for patients or appointments. Imagine, after booking an appointment more than three weeks in advance, they call and tell you it was a mistake because another patient had the same appointment. For over thirty minutes, I keep telling them I don't have my medication and I need it, but they don't care. They want the patient to bear the responsibility for their mistakes. Try seeing another doctor.
Dr. Carley Beauge is an amazing doctor surrounded and supported by the most amazing of staff. My mother has Alzheimer's disease and we have seen Dr. Beauge for several years now. She does give you a prescription and send you on your way. She takes her time, listens intentionally, and provides her best feedback based on your individual scenario. Update: To be fair to them they did finally get me a refill for my medication so I can have time to establish care with a new provider. I still would not recommend coming here. I would NOT recommend this office to ANYONE. This is for Carly Beauge, Elizabeth mulling and the MA Candish. Horrible office, especially the MA Candish. I would NOT recommend this office to ANYONE. This is for Carly Beauge, Elizabeth mulling and the MA Candish. Horrible office, especially the MA Candish. Wow what a rude person she really shows you she doesn’t care about patients. She is argumentative and confrontational and tried to tell me what I’m aware of and not aware of.
