I am filing this complaint regarding the care I received from Dr. Gary Kalser, as I believe my concerns were not properly evaluated and I was treated in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. I have been experiencing urinary symptoms for approximately 4 years, including difficulty retaining urine and multiple episodes of incontinence. I am writing this review about my experience with Dr. Ruth Strakosha and her team as a warning to all women who experience frequent UTIs and UTI symptoms. Dr. Strakosha put my life in danger and delayed proper treatment through repeated refusal to order appropriate testing despite my worsening symptoms, my history of hospitalizations, and my providing peer-reviewed evidence supporting the testing I was requesting. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this office and Dr Andrew Davidick. I went in for a scheduled vasectomy, only to find out at the appointment that the calming medication I was told I would receive had never been prescribed or sent to the pharmacy. Worst ever. Waited two months for an appointment to be told they had to re schedule me for an appointment another month away. Then they called to reschedule me again saying provider would be out. Another month later. Original Appt November 7th. Wanted to schedule me for late January. Meanwhile I had two ER visits for my problem. Thanks Orlando heath. Your horrible
