Amazing staff on the reception, unfortunately don’t felt 100% satisfied with consultation, they took me a PCR urine test, supposed to be ready in one day in order to proceed with treatment and nobody has called me about results
I visited various doctors in this clinic. There's always some sort of delay. Whether it be in the waiting room or with prescriptions, it seems everything here takes longer than with my other doctors.
This place is pathetic. I need to have a procedure done that is not covered by my insurance. I tried to get a quote over the phone but they kept telling me I need the medical codes (How would I know what they are?). So, I made an appointment to see Dr. Kalser, which was 2 months out. Dr. Kalser was excellent after the long wait, and clearly explained the procedure to me. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and filled out all paperwork. Like 20 patients arrived after me and they called in all of them except me. I cancelled everything and left. Lack of respect and wasted my morning.
