I had a procedure done in this place, and the doctor didn't wait for the anesthesia to work and hurt me. On top of that, I received two bills for around $450 from Pathology and Labs, they did not disclose to me that I was going to be charged for these standard procedures protocol procedures. I asked the staff multiple times if I would be charged for something else and they said NO. I was a self-pay patient, I should have been informed. My appointment time was at 2:00pm. I arrived at 1:20pm as I was told to get here about 15 minutes early. I was not taken back to a room to be seen until 2:40pm.... over an hour and ten minutes spent in the waiting room. I set an appointment time for a reason and I miss out on work and pay to be here. When I was taken back I was put in a room and it’s now been over 15 minutes and I still haven’t been seen. I’ve been told it will actually be another 15 minutes.
