If you value your time, please do not visit this office. My first visit as a new patient there was a 2-hour wait time due to delayed start times. The front desk clerk are not the most informed or helpful in terms of office procedure.

Very poor customer (patient) service over the phone; it makes you not want to go in person. They don't offer any options to help you at all, the person on the phone has an arrogant attitude.

Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited 90 minutes past my appointment time, then another 15 minutes in a room waiting for my doctor- for a total of 2 hours. Reception was apathetic and couldn’t care less about the inconvenience. This group doesn’t care about your time, go somewhere more professional.

First time here and I had an appointment at 11:30 with Jason Sea that I had waited a month for, checked in 10 minutes prior to the appointment and ended up waiting about 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours before I was finally sent to the back rooms. There was no word from Dr. Sea at all about rescheduling or needing more time, just had me sit there and wait for 2 hours.
