Highly recommend Dr. Melinda The assistant who checked my vitals was also incredibly sweet and welcoming. I was treated with kindness and respect throughout my entire treatment for stubborn bumps that developed after my hair transplant. I just got cleared today and feel great. Very kind and helpful staff, and the office was very clean & welcoming. I was seen right away and out very quick which I appreciated. The Dr and nurses were also extremely attentive & kind, highly recommend!
Made appointment ahead of time for a vaccine. Turns out they have it at a different location. We get confirmation from doctor on vaccine availability at alternate location. We had to wait additional 20+mins for them to give paperwork before heading down to alternate location. It’d be great if they kept it simple. If you didn’t order vaccine for our appointment, then say so, and provide correct location. No need to make people wait, and be rude about it.
Having been recently discharged from Orlando Health Dr Phillips Hospital, I was compelled to review the extraordinary care I received from the Infectious Diseases Group at Orlando Health. A routine melanoma excision became severely infected quickly and I was admitted. The ID team provided me with outstanding care from diagnosis to discharge!
