My go-to lab place. The staff is friendly and make getting my labs done a breeze.
Excelente personal
We just left the lab with our 1-year-old baby, and unfortunately the experience was not good. They attempted to draw blood but there was poor handling of the vein and they couldn’t get it. We understand that mistakes can happen, but veins should not be mishandled—especially with such a small baby. In the end, the test couldn’t be done and we had to leave. Hopefully this can be improved, particularly when working with children, because it is such a delicate matter.
I had such a wonderful experience at Lab Works on Osceola Parkway! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient — they take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
I drive from Orlando to go to this location. Staff is terrific, especially Aurora!
