The wait here it’s ridiculous. I waited close to 2 hrs. Another patient was waiting for the same amount of time and he just ask the front lady and she kinda raise her voice at him. Rudely said well that what happens when you’re walk-in. I mean where’s the customer service or just being sympathetic. Lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this place.
I came to this facility without an appointment but prepared in case I had to wait. To my surprise, the front desk lady attended me very fast and kindly as well, as the rest of the staff. I recommend them.
