This place is ridiculous. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They lost my blood samples. I’ve been calling for four days in a row and still unable to speak to the management team. The front desk is trying to assist but they cannot resolve the problem, and every time I hear a different answer and that the manager will call me by the end of the day. NO ONE CALLS. This is insane. The lady in the front desk has such a bad attitude for no reason. She sits there making it look like she’s doing us a favor that she arrived. We came to check in she said I don’t have your orders. I then said I had them faxed and called to confirm they are there, she then went to drawer and found mine but said she couldn’t find my wife. Got turned away and humiliated, lab assistant literally lied about locations where the test could be done. You're the absolute worst. UPDATE: 11 days later, and Risk Management refuses to even return calls about this.

Went in for a minor procedure. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient and the process from start to the end was also efficient.
