This is a brand new building and I love how modern it is. I went in for an appointment and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. Savannah and Tammy helped me with my ultrasound, and they were also very friendly and explained every step. There is free parking in the garage or paid street parking. I did have to call back to make another appointment, but the lady I spoke to was not helpful at all. She had quite an attitude and was not friendly or helpful at all. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received for a medical office! I’m beyond frustrated this morning as I had to pay a babysitter to come to this imaging appointment and they would not see me based off the documentation that was sent as a referral to be seen. On Monday when I scheduled the appointment I was told I was good to go the script was emailed through and it was already taken care of. Now they just turned me away as I’ve sat in pain from having to hold my bladder for the appointment for over an hour. If you... read more

I really don’t understand the reviews here. Beautiful waiting room, easy parking, very fast!, really nice staff. This was like the best medical appointment I’ve had in years; I wish more places were like this. I was in and out in probably 15-20 minutes.
