Results are slow! Getting accurate and timely results is really the whole point. Scheduling was amazing. Reception was lovely. Facilities are new and nice. Parking was easy. They just need to hire more radiologists? Hopeful a good option for the future, for now I’d go elsewhere.
It was my first time having a test at this facility. My whole experience was very smooth, from finding easy parking access to entering the building, registering and the highlight of all was the person that greeted me with a big smile, kind and caring demeanor. Dealing with Orlando health imaging has been nothing short of frustration. I had x-rays done last Friday, May 22. I go to the doctor to find the results out today, May 28th, and they have not even been read yet. The lack of service Is getting worse.
Michelle with MRIs was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and safe and took her time to patiently explain everything. I loved her !!
The new facility at 540 8th St S, St. Petersburg is excellent and the staff there is very professional. This should have been a 5-star review on the facility and on-site imaging staff. HOWEVER the speed at which Orlando Health radiologists read scans is awful. Still waiting for results from last week.
