I received professional care from all areas of contact with the medical staff. It start with checking- in for appointment, the kind staff took the time to answer my questions and helped with scheduling upcoming appointment. Secondly, the imaging techs made sure that I comfortable during the scans and after. They imaging techs even offered a blanket to keep warm and refreshments while waiting for a response for the reading physician. At the location the staff was fast and friendly, great experience. Calling to setup an appointment I was on hold for 10 minutes before I was able to speak with someone, then well into the call the call disconnected and I had to call in again and wait 10 minutes again.
