I had an appointment at the Orlando Health Imaging Center in Spring Lake, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member at check-in, was rude from the moment I arrived. She was chatting instead of assisting me, making me wait over 15 minutes before even acknowledging me. When she finally checked me in, she rudely demanded my co-payment. Primera vez que visito Orlando Health Imaging Centers. No espere para ser atendida, la espera para que me llamaran fue muy corta. Las facilidades están limpias y organizadas . El trato fue cortés y muy amables. La técnica que me atendió para hacerme el MRI fue muy paciente, avalé y atenta. Se me hacen difícil hacerme los MRI porque me dan ataques de ansiedad. Agradezco la paciencia y la atención.
Time wasters. I went to get my MRI on a CD and their CD machine is down. They said it's been down about a week. Orlando health doesn't make imaging available online, but Simon Med does. I'll never use Orlando Health again.

I’ve been going to various Orlando Health locations for 20 years. I arrived to my low back MRI appointment with a few minutes to spare. There was one other person in the waiting room. I forgot my script from the Dr. They said I could email the electronic copy. I sent it, let the woman at the front desk know and then waited 20min. She then told me that she never received it.
